We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to lead our clinical team and support our continued growth.
Position Overview
The BCBA will oversee the clinical operations of the practice, provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services, and maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards. This role combines leadership responsibilities with direct client care, offering an opportunity to influence both clinical outcomes and organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and direction for ABA therapy services.
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior technicians.
- Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure services meet BACB, state, and insurance compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.
- Lead regular team meetings, case reviews, and clinical trainings.
- Support growth initiatives, including staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Uphold a culture of excellence, accountability, and ethical practice.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Minimum 3+ years of post-certification experience in ABA therapy.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, treatment planning, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with staff, families, and community partners.
