We are looking for a dynamic operator to manage the entire process for 3PL-sourced riders, from onboarding to compliance, while fostering scalable partnerships. This role involves operations, data analysis, compliance, and partner management, aiming to ensure riders are ready to deliver. Responsibilities include owning onboarding operations, acting as the primary partner contact, using data to drive improvements, collaborating cross-functionally, innovating processes, ensuring compliance, and enabling 3PL success.

Must Have:
  • Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for 3PL riders—document verification, training coordination, and go-live scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners, building relationships, gathering feedback, reviewing performance, and negotiating SLAs.
  • Leverage G-Suite, Tableau, and Looker to build dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Work closely with Training, Document Verification, Compliance, and other internal teams to streamline processes.
  • Audit and re-design onboarding flows, deploying new tools and strategies for efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure legal, compliance, and quality benchmarks are always met, anticipating risks and implementing proactive measures.
  • Act as a guide and trusted advisor for partners, providing clarity, resolving issues, and enabling smooth collaboration.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic operator to own the end-to-end journey of 3PL-sourced riders from onboarding to compliance while driving scalable partnerships and ensuring every rider hits the ground ready to deliver. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, compliance, and partner management, offering a unique opportunity to shape the backbone of our logistics ecosystem.

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Own Onboarding Operations: Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for 3PL riders—document verification, training coordination, and go-live scheduling ensuring a seamless and rider-first experience.
  • Be the Partner Anchor: Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners. Build strong, trust-based relationships, gather feedback, review performance, and negotiate SLAs to raise the bar on compliance and delivery standards.
  • Turn Data into Action: Leverage G-Suite, Tableau, and Looker to build dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights. Identify gaps, spot trends, and drive improvements in onboarding speed, compliance %, and rider productivity.
  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Impact: Work closely with Training, Document Verification, Compliance, and other internal teams to streamline processes and elevate the onboarding playbook.
  • Continuously Innovate: Audit and re-design onboarding flows. Deploy new tools and strategies that bring efficiency, scalability, and industry best practices to the forefront.
  • Raise the Standards: Ensure legal, compliance, and quality benchmarks are always met. Anticipate potential risks early and implement proactive measures to safeguard operations.
  • Enable 3PL Success: Act as a guide and trusted advisor for partners. Provide clarity, resolve issues, and enable smooth collaboration that delivers mutual wins.
