- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage.
- Past experience of working in the Maldives.
- Check the reservation book for upcoming meal periods and ensure menus are cleaned as per standard.
- Distribute reservations equally among servers, communicating all necessary information.
- Place reservation signs on tables and inquire about daily specials from the kitchen.
- Answer phones politely, informatively, and in line with Pullman standards.
- Possess a college diploma/secondary school education or equivalent qualifications.
- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Minimum of 2 years of similar experience.

Job Description
- Check the reservation book for reservations for the next meal period. Ensuring menus are cleaned as per standard.
- Distribute reservations among all servers equally, informing them of all information necessary. For example, Birthdays, anniversaries, bill not to be taken to the table or any other unique requests.
- Ensure that reservation signs are placed on the tables.
- Inquire with the kitchen regarding the daily specials for the shift.
- Always answer the phone politely using a friendly tone, being informative, and within Pullman standards.
Qualifications
- College diploma/ Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Minimum of 2 years of similar experience
- Past experience of working in the Maldives is advantageous
