HSE Internship - arduousness points

• Within the Transmission Systems Product Group, the Valeo Amiens site comprises a research center and an industrial site. The research center works, among other things, on the development of transmission systems for the electrification of automotive and heavy vehicle vehicles.
• You will be integrated into the HSE department for an internship lasting 4 to 6 months.

Your main mission: Update the "Expert HSE" software: Contribute to the actualization and reliability of data relating to arduousness points in the system.

Your challenges?

• Field experience and job analysis: On the Amiens site and travel to the Limoges site to deeply understand the different workstations and their specificities.
• Identification of repetitiveness and constraints: Analyze tasks to identify arduousness factors, particularly repetitive movements.
• Application of arduousness rules: Assimilate and apply current regulations concerning arduousness at work to assign corresponding points fairly and accurately.
• Contribution to continuous improvement: Propose avenues for improvement for the prevention of risks related to arduousness.

What we are looking for:

• Student in the HSE, QSE, Ergonomics or equivalent field.
• A strong interest in occupational health and safety in an industrial environment.
• Ability to adapt to a production environment and interact with different stakeholders (operators, managers, HSE teams).
• Rigor, autonomy and analytical mind.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Pack Office). A first approach to HSE software would be a plus.
