Job Description

DXC-Luxoft seeks an Automotive Test Engineer (HiL Maintenance) in Wolfsburg, Germany to maintain and build test benches (HiL) for Telematic/Connectivity/Infotainment/Diagnostic domains within the Cariad vehicle platform. Responsibilities include HiL construction and maintenance (pinning, soldering, wiring, flashing, coding), error analysis, problem-solving on test benches and vehicles, and adapting HiL setups across platforms. The ideal candidate possesses experience with VW/Cariad ECUs, HiL construction and maintenance, and a strong understanding of the Cariad vehicle platform. Experience with manual and system testing and tools like ODIS, IDEX, VKMS, CP Tool, ADB, Wireshark, Ethernet, and MQTT is also desired.

Prototype Driver's License
High voltage certification 1EO

Must Have:

VWG/Cariad experience
ECU flashing & coding
HiL construction & maintenance
Cariad platform understanding
Electrician/mechatronics background
Manual & System Testing

Responsibilities

responsibility of continuous construction and maintenance for a set of test benches (HiL) in customer premises/offices in Telematic/Connectivity/Infotainment/Diagnostic domain

Cariad vehicle platform specific construction and maintenance of Hils incl pinning, solding, wiring

flashing, coding of HiLs based on customer/user requirements

error analysis and problem solving on test benches and vehicles
