Job Description

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Validation and EMC Qualification Officer M/F. You are an Engineer / Bac +5 (or experienced Bac +3) in electronics, mechatronics, industrial quality, or equivalent.

You are responsible for the validation and qualification of products and equipment, particularly systems integrating electronics (contactless faucets, automatic solutions) in compliance with functional, normative, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements.

Your missions will include:

• Develop and manage validation plans (strategy, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols).
• Perform or coordinate functional, mechanical, thermal, environmental, etc. validation tests.
• Evaluate the conformity of new products or modifications (component changes, processes, etc.).
• Define the EMC tests to be carried out according to standards (e.g.: EN 61000-6-1/2/3/4, EN 55032, EN 55035).
• Plan and monitor EMC test campaigns in the laboratory (internal or external).
• Analyze electromagnetic emission and immunity results.
• Propose corrective actions in case of EMC non-conformity (shielding, filtering, PCB routing, etc.).
• Write test protocols, validation reports, follow-up sheets, and technical files.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure rigorous traceability of qualification results.

Qualifications

Skills:

• Solid knowledge in product validation and qualification processes (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Mastery of EMC standards applicable to electronic products.
• Knowledge of European directives (EMC, low voltage, RoHS…).
• Experience in laboratory test monitoring.
• Reading electronic schematics and mechanical plans.
