Position Overview:

In this role you get the chance to work with top Global, Enterprise and mid-market customers PAN India.

As an Audio-Visual solution architect, you will work closely with the sales team to identify client needs, develop technical presentations and create customized AV solutions. Your role is crucial in converting potential leads into satisfied customers by demonstrating our technical capabilities and benefits.

What you’ll do as the (AV/UC Solution Architect)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized AV and UC solutions.

Design system architectures, create technical proposals, and prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs).

Support on-site surveys and assessments to evaluate project feasibility and requirements.

Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the proposed solutions.

Develop comprehensive AV and UC system designs, including schematics, layouts, configurations, integration and programming.

Ensure solution compliance with industry standards and best practices followed.

Act as a technical advisor during client meetings, addressing queries and providing expert guidance.

Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards in AV and UC systems.

What you will bring to the team:

Total Experience: 10+ years

Qualification: B.Tech

Excellent communication and presentation skills 

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with the sales team 

Job Location- Noid

Attend OEM trainings and enable sales teams.

Develop mechanism for lead generation through OEMs in existing and new accounts.

Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP.

Record keeping of opportunities where supporting BD/Sales and attending joint reviews.

Desired Certifications:

CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certifications from AVIXA.

Certifications from few of the OEMs as Logitech, Bosch, Crestron or Extron, Jabra, Polycom, etc.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AV and UC technologies, including DSPs, amplifiers, microphones, control systems, displays, etc.

Familiarity with brands such as Bosch, TOA, JBL, Crestron, Extron, Logitech, Polycom, Jabra and AMX.
