This hybrid role involves strategic email marketing and hands-on campaign management for Google Search, Display, RollWorks ABM, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include performance tracking, reporting, and delivering insights to optimize Sales-Led Growth (SLG) and Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. The manager will collaborate with SDRs, sales leaders, and marketing teams to execute campaigns targeting high-value B2B audiences in e-commerce, real estate, and enterprise segments. The role emphasizes a culture of extreme ownership and aims to help businesses grow through impactful visual content.

Job Overview
As a B2B Marketing Manager on the Demand Generation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across multiple channels, including outbound email, paid media, and digital advertising. This hybrid role blends strategic email marketing with hands-on campaign management of paid ads across Google Search, Display, RollWorks ABM, and LinkedIn. You'll also lead performance tracking, reporting, and insights delivery to optimize Snappr’s SLG (Sales-Led Growth) and PLG (Product-Led Growth) efforts.You’ll partner closely with SDRs, sales leaders, and cross-functional marketing teams to execute high-impact campaigns that convert high-value B2B audiences including eCommerce, real estate, and enterprise segments.
