Job Summary
Job Description
The Backend Software Engineer (Innovation) will design, develop, and operate the backend architecture based on Spring Boot and JPA. They will collaborate through code reviews, design and execute various tests, and lead new features from planning to release. The engineer will also continuously improve quality and performance through monitoring and refactoring. They will be responsible for building new services for users. The engineer should also have the mindset of building a product from scratch, 0 to 1 product.
Must have:
- 3+ years of JVM-based practical experience.
- Solid foundational knowledge (CS background preferred).
- Experience with RDB, Redis, Kafka integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
- Experience building a product from 0 to 1.
Good to have:
- Conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Mentoring and knowledge sharing experience.
- Interest in recommendation systems.
- Experience in designing and operating high-availability systems.
- Knowledge of application architecture.
- SQL Query optimization experience.

- 다양한 직군, 다양한 문화권과 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
- 스타트업 마인드셋을 바탕으로 제품을 0→1 product를 경험
- 동료 간 의견 대립 상황에서 원활한 커뮤니케이션과 갈등 해결 능력 보유
- 멘토링 및 지식·노하우 전파 경험
- 추천 시스템에 대한 관심과 이해
- 고가용성의 확장 가능한 시스템을 설계하고 운영해본 경험
