Onward Search seeks a Banner Ad Specialist for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client (1+ year contract, fully remote). Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Banner Ad Specialist for a Fortune 500 global pharmaceutical client.
You’ll join the Digital Lab Banner team to support and create iterative banner content for US Commercial marketing teams. This is a 1+ years contract and fully remote role.

Banner Ad Specialist - Responsibilities: 

  • Create iterative banner content for A/B tests using the Digital Lab banner platform and technologies, by leveraging existing banners, cloning the existing banners, and building test and learn content to improve our engagement rates.
  • Proficient in using graphic design tools, media, and/or technologies to create and iterate from a single concept or asset
  • Experience collaborating with teams to gather feedback and manage design projects that involve multiple iterations and refinements
  • Update banner inventory for brands to support an enterprise view of all the types of banners and recommend if a new enterprise banner template should be created for all brands to leverage.
  • Update/maintain banner component inventory for brands.
  • Provide enhancement ideas and any issues with the banner content creation tool to the banner product owner to inform the enhancement roadmap.

Banner Ad Specialist - Requirements: 

  • 1 year of experience of Banner Marketing Experience creating, building and executing banners
  • 1+ years of experience with design software and technologies (InDesign, Figma, Photoshop, artificial intelligence, or other facsimile).
  • Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.
  • Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
