  • Inspire all of the bar team members to exceed guest expectations.
  • Continuously review guest feedback and carry out service observations to ensure that all team members adhere to brand standards.
  • Be a passionate trainer promoting a learning culture within the bar.
  • Encourage all Team members to demonstrate love and enthusiasm for the product.
  • Develop a motivated high performing team, committed to exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food & drink menus, continuously testing the working knowledge of all team.
  • Actively participate in sales and marketing activities relating to the bar, ensuring that team members are aware of and promoting such activities.
  • Be responsible for all recruitment within the bar ensuring compliance of all stages of the recruitment cycle.
  • Oversee all health and safety within the bar area ensuring all team members are compliant.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of Bar Manager experience within a similar environment.
  • A forward thinking and motivated attitude
  • Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.
