Job Description

As a Bell Services Host, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at one of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels. You will greet arriving and departing guests, assist with vehicle parking, and transport luggage to and from guest rooms. You'll also be responsible for answering guest questions and providing information about the hotel, resort, and surrounding areas. This role requires a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Comprehensive training will be provided, and there is a HKD$3,000 welcome reward upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period.

Must have:

Transport guest luggage
Care and storage of guest property
Direct traffic at hotel driveways
Proactively address guest needs
Speak Cantonese/English/Putonghua

For many of our Guests, staying at one of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels is a dream come true. Bell Services Cast Members is responsible to greet our Guests at the resort hotels, assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, and provide luggage transportation service to and from guest rooms.

Responsibilities:

Transport Guest luggage to different locations such as Guest Rooms / Vehicles / Storage.
Care and storage of guest property
Direct traffic at the hotel driveways
Need to work at outdoor environment
Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel / resort or surrounding areas
As a Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Cast Member, you will be expected to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to our Guests and maintain the show quality of our resort.

Basic Qualifications:

No previous experience required and comprehensive training will be provided
Ability to speak Cantonese/English/Putonghua (Non Chinese Speaking candidates are welcome)

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
