Key duties include entering Benefit Annualized Rates (BAR) updates, administering Canadian benefit enrollments, calculating Executive Life imputes, and updating coverage amounts. The role also involves providing monthly headcounts to international Employee Assistance Program providers, auditing the leave process, and supporting US open enrollment system configuration and testing. Responsibilities extend to handling benefit census requests, ensuring global benefit administration gaps are addressed, and identifying process improvements. The specialist will provide support and service for the Workday HRIS system benefit module, diagnose and resolve HRIS benefit module issues, and use the ServiceNow ticketing system to track and resolve customer issues efficiently. Additionally, they will liaise with third-party vendors, assist in creating and delivering training materials, perform weekly and system testing audits for data accuracy, and aid in the development of new benefit reports and queries using Workday.
