Role Overview

We are seeking a Report Developer with strong Power BI expertise to design and deliver high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions. This role will focus on supporting compliance, regulatory, and business reporting initiatives by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions.
• Translate compliance and business reporting requirements into actionable, user-friendly deliverables.
• Collaborate with compliance, audit, and business units to identify reporting needs and ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize existing reports, and adapt solutions to evolving regulatory or business requirements.
• Document report logic, data sources, and workflows in line with governance and audit standards.
• Follow best practices for data visualization, version control, and performance optimization.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience developing with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of ETL/data pipelines.
• Familiarity with compliance or regulated data environments is a strong plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail to ensure data quality and reporting integrity.
• Experience with version control or collaborative BI environments is a plus.
