We are looking for an accomplished UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team to support from the ground up, the strategy, user experience, and interface design on a new BI projects. You. You will work with teams to ensure that end-users have a smooth and seamless user experience. You will work within a newly established and growing Team with a positive culture/set of values. You will report to the Director of Business Intelligence within the Data and Analytics organization.. we believe in creating an inclusive world inside and outside of our games for our players and our team. As a geo-diverse team, our team members around the globe can either work from home, in the office or a hybrid of both. You will deliver end-to-end UI/UX data products using Figma. You will help guide our BI strategy, provide UI/UX guidance, and serve as the subject matter expert across the entire BI process chain.
Responsibilities
You collaborate with cross functional teams, including analysts and developers to understand user needs and requirements for data visualization
You will design and prototype user interfaces for dashboards and reports, ensuring seamless and visually appealing user experience (preferably in Power BI, Looker & Tableau)
Creates mockups and prototypes interaction designs, including user interaction models, information architectures and navigation models, wireframes and screen flows
Creates intuitive user experiences for desktop and mobile platforms using proven innovation methods, such as user personas, journey mapping and Design Thinking
Create data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to a diverse audience.
Develop and manage data visualization guidelines, processes, and best practices.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve data and analytics products.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and data visualization.
Qualifications
Technical skills
Experience with wire-framing, prototyping and interface design software, such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD and general knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop.
You have 5 years of applied and progressive experience in UI/UX design,
Excellent knowledge of user-centered design methodologies
Soft skills
Both written and oral skills, with the ability to provide a rationale for recommendations
A positive personality, and eager for continuous improvement

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $96,400 - $133,900 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
