Must have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Spanish
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a technical writing or copywriting-related role
  • Strong customer interaction skills
  • Strong project management skills

  • Familiarity with “Know Your Customer” (KYC) compliance regulations and competitors

Job Details

Role Purpose:

The Bid Coordinator, reporting to the Manager of the Bid Management team, is an integral part of our growing Global Pre-Sales team. You will work internally with various teams and, on occasion, with external prospective clients. You will be responsible for preparing technical and functional write-ups for our suite of KYX platforms.

This role focuses on completing information requests globally. You will serve as the “go-to” contact during the RFP/RFI process, collaborating with internal teams—including, but not limited to, HR, Security, Product, and Finance—to provide the most accurate and effective responses for the business.

Your performance will directly impact the effectiveness of the Sales and Account Management teams in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
