The Bilingual Software Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the entire software project lifecycle, ensuring timely, within budget, and high-quality delivery. This includes coordinating the project team, defining project objectives and scope, monitoring progress, and communicating with clients. They will also manage the project budget and report on progress. The role requires fostering teamwork and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience and be familiar with various software products, and project management tools.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and mobile applications
  • Experience in software project management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
  • Experience of ticketing system like JIRA
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum

Bilingual Software Project Manager (English and Mandarin)

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage the entire software project lifecycle, ensuring timely, within budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate the project team, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth progress of the project.
  • Define project objectives, scope, risks, and resource requirements, and establish project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear project requirements and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage project budget, oversee costs, and resource utilization.
  • Regularly report project status and progress to the management.
  • Foster teamwork and improve team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Familiar with SaaS products, SDKs, mobile applications, proprietary applications.
  • Experience in software project management preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a complex environment.
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Experience of ticketing system like JIRA is a plus.
