Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem and the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Business Development professional for its Latin America team. This role involves assisting the Partnership Manager with account servicing, identifying and pitching products to potential partners, and participating in commercial negotiations. The position also requires managing end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring smooth technical integration, and maintaining strong relationships with high-value partners. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations is crucial. The role also involves suggesting process improvements for greater efficiency. Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
Must have:
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction
- Ability to identify and engage with industry players
- Keen interest and basic knowledge of crypto/blockchain
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Polytechnic or University Graduate
- Portuguese language is an advantage
Good to have:
- Knowledge on APIs is highly preferable
- Prior part-time or full-time work experience

About Binance VIP & Institutional Team

Responsibilities
- Account Servicing - Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.
- Lead Identification and Pitching - Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively.
- Commercial Negotiations and Project Management - Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end to end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships.
- Relationship Management - Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Internal Collaboration - Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.
- Process Improvement - Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes.
Requirements
- Communication skills - Must be comfortable with speaking to clients and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge - Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players.
- Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge - A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential.
- Language Requirement - Bilingual English/Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Portuguese would be an advantage.
- Work Ethics - Disciplined and strong ability to work independently.
- Educational Background - Polytechnic or University Graduate, prior working experience part-time or full-time is highly preferred.
- Knowledge on APIs - Having knowledge on APIs is highly preferable.
