Skill Set

• Bachelor degree with major in chemical process or thermal energy and power engineering - Master degree is preferred.
• More than 10-year experience on process design, incinerator and waste heat boiler system experience will be preferred.
• Strong background in process design, commissioning and system start-up will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of both local and international codes, standards and regulations.
• Must be capable of working in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, ability to work independently
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibility

• Review technical inquiries and customer specification.
• Provide support to sales for technical clarification and waste heat boiler system technical proposal development.
• Provide fully support for global project execution on waste heat boiler system.
• Responsible for waste heat boiler system process design, related equipment calculation and design, and system process optimization.
• Generate process configuration, develop P&ID and PFD, material and energy balance calculation, utility and consumable balance calculation, heat & mass calculation and major equipment datasheets generation.
• Develop system process description and logic description.
• Participate project kick off meeting, P&ID review and HAZOP review.
• Review and comment vendor’s drawings and related documents.
• Support and coordinate with other disciplines and departments.
• Ensure the design is in accordance with related Code and matches Custom Requirements, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and cost savings.
• Solve complex problems where analysis of a situation is required in order to meet the requirements of the customer.
• Provide technical support during system pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up
