OWLCAT GAMES seeks an experienced Brand Manager to shape the image of their games. Responsibilities include formulating and implementing marketing strategies across various channels, producing marketing assets, crafting advertising messages, managing content on store pages (Steam, GOG, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.), launching campaigns and digital projects, and collaborating with influencers. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in game marketing, a deep understanding of the Warhammer 40,000 universe, strong management skills, and proficiency in analytics. A passion for gaming and excellent communication skills are essential.

OWLCAT GAMES was founded in 2016. Studio developers have worked on projects such as Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader. 

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team, someone to shape the image of our games in players' minds long before their release; create engaging advertising; develop advertising messages; prepare content for store pages; and build communication with customers on platforms like Steam, GOG, PlayStation, Xbox, and others.

 

It is crucial for us that you genuinely love and understand the Warhammer 40,000 universe.


TASKS:

· Formulate and implement a marketing strategy for our studio's games across various communication channels;

· Produce marketing and advertising assets;

· Create advertising messages, texts, and scripts;

· Manage content on websites and game pages in digital PC and console stores;

· Prepare and launch advertising campaigns and digital special projects;

· Launch integrations and explore new promotion formats, including through influencers.

REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 3 years of experience in game marketing;

· Experience working with Steam and other platforms for buy-to-play games;

· Strong management skills: planning, creating briefs, setting tasks, and monitoring execution;

· Confident knowledge of advertising channels, formats, and key metrics;

· Experience with analytics systems and a data-driven approach to decision-making;

· Extensive gaming experience on PC and/or consoles, and an understanding of what gamers want;

· Creativity plus the ability to clearly formulate thoughts and express them well;

· English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level.
