Job Description

The Brand Manager will develop and manage a comprehensive marketing program for product introduction, marketing, and sales in the assigned territory, including the launch of a key product in a therapeutic area. This role involves continuously analyzing sales and product trends for profitable growth and market position, and collaborating with all departments to ensure information flow regarding marketing opportunities.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement local marketing plan strategies and tactics.
  • Localize and tailor Global key messages and promotional tools for impactful omnichannel Brand communication, in compliance with Italian law.
  • Collect local commercialization needs, customer insights, and market/competitors perspectives into global strategy development.
  • Lead the Brand cross-functional team (BOOST) to identify new business opportunities, insights, and solutions.
  • Cooperate with NSM and KAMs in preparing and supporting Account Plans implementation.
  • Drive cross-functional Brand Plan tactics implementation and KPIs with highest standards of compliance.
  • Lead involvement in National Congresses, local events, and initiatives, supporting the Sales team.
  • Build network with stakeholders in collaboration with Commercial, Medical, Patient Access & CE&C team to manage customer relationships on a Country scale (at least 20% of work time in the field).
  • Ensure Local training for Sales Force together with Medical Team & other functions.
  • Act in accordance with SOBI Policies, SOPs, and in compliance with Italian Law.
  • Secure the alignment of the Demand plans for assigned product(s) in the MKT with high adherence on accuracy.
  • Secure the alignment of the A&P budget spending according to the phasing finance in the plan.
  • Relevant university degree in field.
  • Extensive experience in brand management.
  • Deep knowledge of haemophilia therapeutic area.
  • Good written and spoken English.

Job Description

The Brand Manager's role is to develop and manage a complete marketing program for the successful introduction, marketing, and sales of products in the assigned territory, including the launch of a key product that is poised to become a game changer in its therapeutic area. The role also involves continuously reviewing and analyzing sales and product trends to ensure continued overall profitable growth and market position, as well as interfacing with all departments to ensure the continuous flow of information regarding current and future marketing opportunities.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local marketing plan strategies and tactics accordingly with Global Brand Plan to ensure achievement of its operative plan goals:
  • Localize and tailor Global key messages and promotional tools to develop impactful omnichannel Brand communication, in compliance with the Italian law.
  • Collect local commercialization needs, customer insights and market/competitors perspectives into global strategy development through appropriate channels
  • Lead the Brand cross-functional team (BOOST) to identify new business opportunities, insights, solutions to present to Leadership Team
  • Cooperating with NSM and KAMs in preparing the Account Plans and support their implementation.
  • Drive cross-functional Brand Plan tactics implementation and KPIs with highest standards of compliance
