Must have:

Recent graduate or eligible to graduate by August 2025.
Familiar with HoYoverse games and ACG users.
No issues with international travel.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) for work.

HoYoverse가 서비스하고 있는 다양한 게임 및 경쟁사 마케팅 분석
HoYoverse 게임 마케팅에 관련된 다양한 주제(콘텐츠, 비즈니스 모델, 광고, 고객 서비스 등)에 대한 의사 결정 참여
다양한 내부 유관 부서 및 외부 파트너사와의 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 (본사, 대행사, 협력사 등)
온오프라인 마케팅 활동 기획 및 실행 (여름축제, 제품콜라보레이션, 공모전 등)
HoYoverse IP를 활용한 굿즈 기획 및 제작

[자격요건]

(졸업 예정자일 경우) 졸업 전 풀타임 인턴 근무가 가능한 분
(졸업 예정자일 경우) 졸업 후 입사가 가능한 분
HoYoverse 게임 유저 및 2차원 게임 유저
해외여행 혹은 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
중국어로 업무가 가능한 분 (중국어 회화/작문 능력 필수) 혹은 중국인이지만 한국어로 업무가 가능하신분

What You Will Do:

Engage in the local marketing of our games and IP products, promote brand awareness, and acquire users by planning and implementing online and offline marketing campaigns in respective regions.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns according to product and respective local user characteristics.
Expand and explore new cross-industry collaboration opportunities with existing/new partners and vendors in the respective local market.

What You Will Need:

Interested in local game marketing strategies and familiar with local game distribution.
Native-level Korean.
Great communication and team management skills; self-driven and willing to take initiative at work.
Loves to play video games; enthusiasm in anime is preferred.
Fluent Chinese speaking.
