Job Summary

The Product Manager will spearhead the design and implementation of innovative workflows and business platform solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). This includes analyzing business requirements, designing product features, and collaborating with various teams. The role involves utilizing AI-assisted tools for prototyping, managing the product lifecycle, and driving product iteration. The candidate will need a deep understanding of business scenarios, user pain points, and LLMs, driving continuous product iteration and value enhancement.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in designing and managing backend or internal platform products.
  • Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle management process.
  • Strong grasp of AI technologies, especially LLMs.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).

Good to Have

  • Hands-on experience customizing and optimizing AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with core business scenarios such as game publishing.

What you will do:
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of innovative workflows and business platform solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) for our international business operations.
  • Deeply analyze business requirements and take ownership of product feature design, covering key areas including (but not limited to) intelligent knowledge base construction, prompt strategy management and optimization, custom model training, and application integration.
  • Effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, R&D teams, and external vendors. Independently conceptualize and design forward-thinking yet practical platform product solutions based on a profound understanding of LLM capabilities and technological advancements.
  • Proficiently utilize AI-assisted tools for product prototyping and validation; collaborate closely with the R&D team to facilitate the rapid deployment and implementation of prototypes.
  • Take charge of the iteration and optimization of core business mid-platform functionalities, and assist business teams in establishing and refining key performance indicator (KPI) systems.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of business scenarios and user pain points; independently manage the full product lifecycle, including user research, solution design, project management, launch, and performance analysis, driving continuous product iteration and value enhancement.
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing backend or internal platform products. Demonstrates exceptional learning ability, strong logical thinking, and outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills. Possesses a deep understanding of business needs, is highly self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle management process. Possesses a strong grasp of AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs), and can communicate effectively and professionally with engineering and algorithm teams to translate business needs into feasible technical product solutions.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs). Hands-on experience customizing and optimizing AI workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Dify) is a significant plus.
  • A genuine passion for the gaming industry. Familiarity with core business scenarios such as game publishing and operations is preferred.
