EveryMatrix seeks a skilled Broadcast Engineer to design, build, and maintain advanced broadcast systems, including creating chroma key TV studios. Responsibilities include integrating video technologies, setting up AV systems, developing automation systems, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with product owners, creating technical documentation, ensuring SDI video infrastructure integration, managing signal mixing and compositing, and staying updated on industry technologies. The role requires expertise in broadcast systems, video technology integration, camera operations, AV signal routing, SDI infrastructure, and troubleshooting.

About the job:

We are seeking a skilled Broadcast Engineer with expertise in video technology integration to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining advanced broadcast systems, including creating chroma key TV studios from the ground up. Your technical expertise will ensure seamless operations, delivering high-quality productions while meeting industry standards.

What you'll get to do:

  • Design, build, and integrate state-of-the-art video technologies for broadcast studios.
  • Set up, evaluate, and maintain cutting-edge audiovisual systems and equipment.
  • Develop advanced studio automation systems.
  • Set up and monitor complex connections for virtual studio productions and outside broadcasts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, broadcast systems, and networks.
  • Work closely with product owners to interpret and implement production objectives.
  • Create comprehensive studio diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SDI video infrastructure.
  • Configure, route, and manage audiovisual signal mixing, compositing, and converting.
  • Stay updated with the latest audiovisual and broadcasting technologies.

What You Need to Shine:

  • Proven expertise in broadcast systems and video technology integration.
  • Strong understanding of camera operations and exposure principles.
  • Hands-on experience with AV signal routing, mixing, and compositing.
  • Proficiency in SDI video infrastructure and broadcast studio setup.
  • Familiarity with audiovisual hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Upper Intermediate (B2) level of English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience designing and implementing chroma key studios.
  • Familiarity with virtual studio production workflows.
  • Background in iGaming or similar industries.
