Product Manager (NTS)

EveryMatrix is seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager (NTS) to lead the development and optimization of their internal communication platform in Bucharest. This role involves integrating and enabling multiple communication channels like email gateways, SMS vendors, push notifications, inbox messaging, and on-site messages. The Product Manager will own the roadmap, ensure seamless delivery, and drive innovation to create a unified, reliable, and scalable communication experience for internal business units, contributing to EveryMatrix's position as a leading B2B SaaS provider in iGaming.

Must Have

• Lead product vision and roadmap for internal communication platform.
• Integrate and optimize multiple communication channels (email, SMS, push, inbox, on-site).
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors for robust integrations.
• Define and prioritize features for message delivery, personalization, and engagement.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the platform.
• Gather requirements from business units and deliver solutions.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics; drive continuous improvements.
• Stay updated on communication technology trends and vendor capabilities.
• Own documentation, workflows, and specifications.
• Act as main contact for communication topics across the organization.
• Five or more years of product management experience.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel communication technologies.
• Experience managing third-party vendor and API integrations.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience improving KPIs like delivery success and engagement rates.
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable.
• Track record of driving initiatives from concept to completion.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of compliance and security considerations in messaging and communication systems.
• iGaming experience.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Lead and manage the product vision and roadmap for EveryMatrix’s internal communication platform
• Integrate and optimize multiple communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, inbox messaging, and on-site messages
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor partners to ensure robust and compliant integrations with email gateways and SMS providers
• Define and prioritize features that improve message delivery, personalization, and engagement across all channels
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the communication platform
• Work closely with internal business units to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver solutions that meet operational and regulatory needs
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as delivery rates, latency, and engagement, and drive continuous improvements
• Stay ahead of trends in communication technology and vendor capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation
• Own documentation, workflows, and specifications to ensure clarity and accessibility across teams
• Act as the main point of contact for communication-related topics across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

• Five or more years of experience in product management, ideally with experience in communication platforms or messaging systems
• Strong understanding of multi-channel communication technologies, including email, SMS, and push notifications
• Experience managing integrations with third-party vendors and APIs
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience improving KPIs such as delivery success and engagement rates
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable, with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to completion
• Knowledge of compliance and security considerations in messaging and communication systems is a plus
• iGaming experience is not required but considered beneficial
