Job Summary
Sprinklr is an AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM), helping brands deliver exceptional experiences across all customer touchpoints. Design Interns will support the Product Design team in creating intuitive, consistent, and impactful experiences for enterprise users. They will work on real product features, learn design systems, and collaborate with Senior designers and Design managers to drive value.
Must Have
- Portfolio with 2-3 projects showing process and outcomes.
- Strong fundamentals in interaction design, hierarchy, and usability.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
- Exposure to AI Design tools - Figma, Lovable, Cursor.
- Ability to frame problems and find solutions.
- Basic understanding of layout, hierarchy, usability, strong interaction and visual design.
- Works well with peers and cross-functional teams.
- Clear, structured storytelling and rationale.
Good to Have
- Exposure to enterprise/B2B SaaS or data-heavy interfaces.
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable components.
