Associate Software Engineer

This role is for an Associate Software Engineer with 4-6 years of experience, specializing in SharePoint development and migration. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions, execute migrations using tools like SPMT, and deploy custom SPFx components. Responsibilities also include creating custom workflows with JavaScript, Power Automate, and REST APIs, building Power Platform solutions, and managing M365 administration. The role involves collaborating with teams and optimizing SharePoint environments.

Must Have

• 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and migrating solutions using SharePoint Online, SPFx, and SharePoint On-Premises.
• Experienced in SharePoint migrations using tools like SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) and other third-party utilities.
• Skilled in creating custom components, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Power Automate, and REST APIs.
• Proficient in building Canvas Apps and Power Platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience with M365 administration, permissions, and site configurations.
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions.
• Execute SharePoint migrations ensuring minimal downtime and seamless user experience.
• Develop and deploy custom SPFx components and client-side scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and deliver SharePoint-based business solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of SharePoint environments.
