This role involves developing high-quality, scalable customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, contributing to the entire development cycle from analysis to production support. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for application optimization and staying current with new Salesforce features. The position requires building solutions that support critical business functions and align with project objectives, participating in all phases of development, and enhancing performance and user experience.

Must Have

• At least 6+ Years leading, designing and implementation of 3 to 4 Salesforce projects including digital transformations.
• Experience with Sales, Service and Experience clouds.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, features and governor limits.
• Strong Experience working with Visual Force pages, Lightning Web components, Apex programming required.

Good to Have

• Additional skills like SFS, CPQ, OMS, Omnistudio will be an advantage.
• Strong Experience working with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce and various web technologies like SOAP/REST preferred.

• Staying current on new Salesforce features and functionality and provides recommendations for process improvements.
