iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations LLC is seeking a creative and skilled Broadcast Media Producer to enhance live broadcasts of competitive sim racing. This role involves maintaining broadcast facilities, collaborating on show creation and programming, executing live broadcasts using switchers and audio consoles, and capturing/editing video content for various platforms. The producer will also be responsible for archiving footage and performing other assigned duties. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in live broadcast environments, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and broadcast equipment, strong editorial judgment, and excellent organizational skills. The position requires flexibility for non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, with occasional travel. Job Details

iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations LLC is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Broadcast Media Producer to join our team. In this role, you will help bring the world of competitive sim racing to life through high-quality live broadcasts. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for motorsports and media production in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This position is located at our corporate office in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and requires weekend availability and flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain control room, studios, and other parts of the Broadcast facility
  • Create, build, and program shows in collaboration with the production team
  • Execute live broadcast programming, switcher & audio console programming, and other necessary needs
  • Capture and edit video content for various platforms, including highlights, interviews, promotional videos, and viewer engagement content
  • Upkeep of an archive for future projects and marketing materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Sports Media, Broadcasting Communications, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in a live broadcast environment, production truck, or studio atmosphere
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Experience with After Effects is a plus) or equivalent software
  • Experience using Vizrt/Newtek production equipment (Tricaster, 3Play) or equivalent technology is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording
  • Strong editorial judgment and knowledge of subject matter
  • Proficiency in the use of Google Calendar, Drive & Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides & Forms)
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, irregular hours as required, and occasional travel.
  • Experience with iRacing is a plus.

This position is located on-site in Chelmsford, Massachusetts
