Job Description

The BUC Program Management & Operation Manager will lead the 'Bone Movement China' project. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from application and design to implementation and evaluation. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, managing project finances, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. The manager will also be responsible for quality assurance and reporting on project progress, aiming to achieve predetermined goals within budget.

About the role

Bone Movement China Project Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Familiar with the company's internal project application and management processes and compliance management terms, able to successfully complete project application processes and meet company compliance requirements.
  • Able to provide reasonable suggestions during the project design phase, deeply understand project connotations, quickly complete project initiation documents and other related files, and gain understanding and confirmation from internal and external partners.
  • Responsible for the implementation of project plans, ensuring projects progress as planned and achieve predetermined goals.
  • Evaluate and manage various risks in projects, and jointly formulate corresponding risk response strategies with the line manager to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Responsible for project financial management, including budget preparation, cost control, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are within budget.
  • Actively maintain communication with stakeholders, maintain good communication with various stakeholders (including government departments, business partners, the public, etc.), and timely convey project progress and relevant information.
  • Ensure all work during project implementation meets quality standards.
  • Regularly evaluate project implementation, write project progress reports, and propose improvement suggestions.
