Job Description
The Business Advisory Associate will support end-to-end learning administration scheduling activities and provide learner support. This role involves working within the Talent & HR process. The individual will be responsible for solving routine problems, primarily based on precedent and referring to general guidelines. Interactions will primarily be within the team and with the direct supervisor. Detailed to moderate instructions will be provided for daily tasks and new assignments. The decisions made will impact the individual's own work, and the role is an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work.
Must have:
- Experience in LMS and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and email writing skills
- Familiarity with LMS

What are we looking for? Experience in LMS, CRM and query management Excellent communication, email writing and ethiquettes, LMS experience.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
