Summary: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will oversee the product delivery and maintain its integrity throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve managing processes, resources, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring that cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets are consistently met. Engaging with individuals from development to implementation, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations across the organization, addressing challenges as they arise, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management. - Experience with SAP configuration and customization. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - A 15 years full time education is required.
