So, what’s the role all about?

NiCE is looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our Business Finance team and play a key role in turning data into insights that drive business success. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. This role involves analyzing business trends, optimizing reporting processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data-driven initiatives.

In addition to core business analytics responsibilities, this role will be an integral part of a large Q2C (Quote-to-Cash) transformation project. The Senior Business Analyst will be part of a team responsible of data lineage and reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and consistency across systems. They will drive efforts to streamline data flows, enhance reporting capabilities, and support data governance best practices to optimize the Q2C process and improve financial performance.

How will you make an impact?

• Collect, clean, and analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Own the requirements gathering process for additional reporting or measurements and execute on the delivery of these requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance policies. Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable format.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with finance and other departments to support various projects

  Have you got what it takes?

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical skills, strong analytic and technical orientation
• Familiarity with Cloud financial metrics a plus
• Must have excellent organizational, problem-solving ability and analytical skillset.
• Advance Excel knowledge and skills
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced global environment
• Systems - knowledge of advanced Excel, Power Point, SFDC, Power-BI
