Job Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to expand the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales, with a proactive approach to achieving business growth.
Must have:
  • Generate leads through prospect client calling, follow-up calls, and outbound sales efforts.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and social media platforms to create business opportunities.
  • Maintain a detailed lead database and tracking sheet for effective follow-ups.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements.
  • Effectively communicate the company's products, services, and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for interested clients.
  • Work towards converting leads into sales by actively following up and negotiating deals.
  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded through strategic selling techniques.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline by tracking follow-ups, scheduled meetings, and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to improve engagement strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates, sales progress, and client Feedback.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate leads through prospect client calling, follow-up calls, and outbound sales efforts.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and social media platforms to create business opportunities.
  • Maintain a detailed lead database and tracking sheet for effective follow-ups

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements.
  • Effectively communicate the company's products, services, and value propositions.

5. Market Research & Business Expansion

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good to have proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
