The ideal candidate will be instrumental in acquiring and developing new business opportunities in the staff augmentation domain. You will build strong customer relationships, identify key opportunities, and close deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of market trends and conditions. This role requires a proactive individual with 3+ years of IT sales/account management experience, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
Must have:
  • Acquire and develop new business opportunities in staff augmentation
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify key opportunities
  • Close deals and maintain knowledge of market trends
  • Cultivate business relationships with key decision-makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop market strategies by researching high-potential prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams for service delivery alignment
  • Maintain understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably IT
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Relevant IT service-based industry experience
  • Must be local for Ahmedabad
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver tailored, innovative solutions to customers.
  • Develop market strategies by researching and targeting high-potential prospects in the staff augmentation space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with service delivery.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • A sole outbound salesperson is needed, and they must know the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Relevant IT service-based industry experience is required.
  • It should be a local for Ahmedabad.
