Job Description
The Business Director will develop best-in-class strategies and manage all Business Intelligence and Analytics activities for assigned clients. This role involves managing and developing the team and acting as a point of escalation. Key responsibilities include driving best practices, supporting the design and development of data layers, and assisting in the development of complex reporting tools. The Business Director is also responsible for staffing and financial management of client engagements, supporting the development of operating plans and budgets, providing cross-service line facilitation, and building, managing, and developing the team's growth.
Must Have:

The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management of all Business Intelligence and Analytics activity on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.
