Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support business growth by analyzing data and providing actionable insights. Responsibilities include analyzing key metrics such as GMV, profitability, and customer retention, building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI, and supporting Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams with accurate and timely reports. The role also involves improving cohort and attribution models and ensuring data accuracy in collaboration with the Data Engineering team.
Good To Have:
  • Experience working with marketing and attribution platforms (GA360, Adjust, Funnel.io)
  • Familiarity with data modeling (fact/dim tables, star schema) and metric layer governance
Must Have:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Conduct deep dives into key business metrics (GMV, GP, AOV, ASP, retention, conversion funnels, campaign ROI)
  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate insights
  • Track performance against targets and flag issues like out-of-stock losses or pricing shifts
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams for timely and actionable insights
  • Support weekly/monthly reporting and KPI packs
  • Improve cohort models, attribution frameworks, and retention tracking
  • Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with Data Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in BI, Analytics, or data role (eCommerce, fin-tech, or marketplaces preferred)
  • Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, Azure, or similar cloud DWHs)
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other BI tools
  • Strong analytical thinking for business recommendations
  • High comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and ad-hoc analysis
  • Solid understanding of marketplace metrics (GMV, GP, AOV, CAC, ROAS, retention, OOS, CLTV)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with non-technical stakeholders

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyses large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Conduct deep dives into GMV, GP, AOV, ASP, retention, conversion funnels, and campaign ROI
  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate insights clearly
  • Track performance against targets and proactively flag out-of-stock losses, pricing shifts, and underperforming products
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support initiatives with timely and actionable insights
  • Support weekly/monthly reporting, bridges (GMV, GP, PM%), and KPI packs for country and category managers
  • Own and improve cohort models, attribution frameworks, and retention tracking
  • Partner with Data Engineering to validate metrics, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure dashboard accuracy

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in BI, Analytics, or a data role (eCommerce, fin-tech, or marketplaces preferred)
  • Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, Azure, or similar cloud DWHs)
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other BI tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations
  • High comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for quick modeling and ad-hoc analysis
  • Solid understanding of key marketplace metrics: GMV, GP, AOV, CAC, ROAS, retention, OOS, CLTV
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with marketing and attribution platforms (GA360, Adjust, Funnel.io) is a strong plus
  • Bonus: Familiarity with data modeling (fact/dim tables, star schema) and metric layer governance
