Job Description

As a Partnership Account Executive at LikeCard in Egypt, you will be instrumental in cultivating and managing strategic relationships with partners to foster mutual growth and enhance revenue. This role involves developing and executing partnership plans, acting as the primary contact, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure operational alignment. You will monitor partner performance, negotiate agreements, and provide market insights, contributing to LikeCard's rapid expansion in the MENA region's e-commerce and digital services sector.
Must Have:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Develop and execute partnership plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as the primary contact between partners and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and renewals.
  • Provide timely performance updates and market insights.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or account management.
  • Experience preferably in e-commerce or fin-tech.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or account management—preferably in e-commerce or fin-tech.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Work Details

  • Location: Park St, Shekh Zayed, Cairo – Onsite
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Days Off: Friday & Saturday
