Department Overview
Delivery Operations Standard Organization (DOSO) houses the Business Process Engineering function within CMSO (Centralized Managed Support Operations). This role partners with CMSO and other enterprise functions to optimize global product and application support, centralized service delivery, and managed service operations through rigorous process improvement.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Process Engineer with a strong focus on process improvement to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze, design, and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall organizational performance. The role requires hands-on mapping and redesign of processes, data-driven analysis, and collaboration with global stakeholders to drive sustainable change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state workflows.
- Create, maintain, and communicate detailed process maps, flowcharts, SOPs, work instructions, and decision matrices.
- Identify root causes of process inefficiencies, develop actionable solutions, and drive implementation with cross-functional teams.
- Lead or facilitate workshops and value-stream mapping sessions to secure stakeholder alignment.
- Manage end-to-end process improvement projects, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and benefits realization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify impact and report progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with IT, product, operations, and service teams to implement process changes in systems (e.g., CMSO tools, ServiceNow, Salesforce) and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Develop training materials, coaching, and support for teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process changes and governance records; support internal and external audits as needed.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Basic Requirements
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma.
- Proficiency with process-mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Lucidchart).
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; experience working with global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading or facilitating cross-functional projects and workshops.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Preferred
- ITIL Foundations certification.
- Experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce) and related integration work.
- Experience with Tableau to analyze dashboards.
