Job Summary
Software Development Engineers design, develop, test, and maintain software applications or systems. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient and reliable software solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities may also include troubleshooting issues, optimizing code, and staying updated with emerging technologies. This entry-level position reports to the Software Dev Manager, assists in designing, coding, and testing software applications, collaborates with senior developers, and debugs and fixes software issues under supervision.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience with C# .NET, React, JavaScript, Python
- Ability to work in a CLT contract position
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
- Assist in designing, coding, and testing software applications
- Collaborate with senior developers and learn best practices & professional concepts
- Debug and fix software issues under supervision
- Basic understanding of programming languages and software development concepts
Good to Have
- Familiarity with ELK stack framework
- Familiarity with PHP
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Familiarity in agile scrum environment
- Familiarity with the SQL or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with AI to generate and troubleshooting code
- Familiarity with creating technical documentation

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer I who will:
- Report to the Software Dev Manager
- Master this entry-level position.
- Assist in designing, coding, and testing software applications.
- Collaborate with senior developers and learn best practices & professional concepts.
- Debug and fix software issues under supervision.
- Basic understanding of programming languages and software development concepts.
What you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
