Job Summary

CSG is seeking a Staff Accountant II to manage end-to-end daily accounting for India entities, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The role involves ensuring compliance with tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and international tax laws, overseeing invoices, payments, and assisting with audit preparation according to IFRS standards. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in IT/software accounting, proficient in Oracle software, MS Excel, and financial modeling.

Must Have

  • Manage end-to-end day-to-day accounting for all India entities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all India entities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and international tax laws for all India entities.
  • Oversee Invoices, PR, PO, Payments, and Accounting.
  • Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions and manage financial reporting.
  • Liaise with external auditors and consultants on tax and compliance matters.
  • Be a Chartered Accountant.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles, particularly within IT or software companies.
  • Possess expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, transfer pricing, and handling financial statements in line with Indian regulations and IFRS.
  • Have experience in using Oracle accounting software.

Good to Have

  • Analytical skills for financial reporting and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of tax planning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

(a) Manage end-to-end day today accounting for all the India entities.

Qualifications:

Must be a Chartered Accountant. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles, particularly within IT or software companies. Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, transfer pricing, and handling financial statements in line with Indian regulations and IFRS. Experience in using Oracle accounting software.
