Revenue Accounting

Doctoralia is a leading platform in Mexico connecting patients with health specialists, helping professionals digitalize their practices. This Revenue Accounting role is a 5-month temporary contract, crucial for ensuring accurate accounting, reconciliation, and reporting of revenue, invoicing, and collections. It guarantees financial information integrity and correct reconciliation between Hays, SAT, and NetSuite, while meeting KPIs, internal policies, and accounting standards, in a 100% remote environment.

Must Have

• Prepare and validate the Revenue Reconciliation Report
• Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual revenue and billing between NetSuite, Hays, and SAT
• Verify Hays information matches SAT and NetSuite accounting
• Register manual documents and adjustments in NetSuite
• Identify, analyze, and correct payload errors
• Prepare billing reports for P&L presentation
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including relevant deviation analysis
• Analyze, reconcile, and control customer deposits and transfers, and track open accounts receivable
• Control and track discount flow, ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Experience in revenue and billing reconciliation
• Solid knowledge in Revenue Recognition
• Experience in accounting and bank reconciliations
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
• Financial analysis and KPI tracking
• Management of technological tools and financial systems
• Experience in collection portfolio tracking
• More than 4 years of experience

Job Description

Revenue Accounting to join our finance team under a 5-month temporary contract. This position is key to ensuring the correct accounting, reconciliation, and reporting of revenue, invoicing, and collections, guaranteeing the integrity of financial information and the correct reconciliation between Hays, SAT, and NetSuite, as well as compliance with KPIs, internal policies, and accounting regulations, in a 100% remote environment.

What will you do?

• Prepare and validate the Revenue Reconciliation Report, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the information.
• Reconcile revenue and billing on a daily, monthly, and annual cumulative basis between NetSuite, Hays, and SAT.
• Verify that Hays information correctly matches SAT and accounting in NetSuite.
• Register documents and manual adjustments in NetSuite.
• Identify, analyze, and correct payload errors.
• Prepare billing reports for presentation in P&L.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including analysis of relevant deviations.
• Analyze, reconcile, and control customer deposits and transfers, as well as track open accounts receivable.
• Control and track discount flow, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

• Intermediate / advanced Excel.
• Financial analysis and KPI tracking.
• Management of technological tools and financial systems.

• Experience in collection portfolio tracking.
