Job Summary

Plan and organize strategic actions to attract revenue that generates greater profitability. Prospect corporate accounts and groups to contribute to the hotel's financial objectives, in order to optimize sales channels by coordinating commercial strategies. Prepare reports and presentations of proposed objectives and strategies to be used to generate revenue. Seek customer satisfaction through excellent, effective, ethical, and professional service. Responsibilities include making group reservations with professional attention, handling and resolving company requests, providing clear and friendly information on services and rates, supporting administrative tasks and sales strategy, and representing the ibis brand values in every interaction.

Must Have

  • Excellent service attitude and hospitality
  • Minimum 6 months experience in the position, preferably in hospitality or tourism services
  • Basic to intermediate English (able to hold a conversation with guests)
  • Basic computer and reservation systems handling
  • Own car
  • Good presentation, proactivity, and communication skills
  • Minimum technical level or unfinished degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, accounting or similar
  • RFC, CURP, Social Security Number, and INE
  • Availability from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 17:00 hrs
  • Make group reservations with professional attention
  • Handle and resolve company requests
  • Provide clear and friendly information on services and rates
  • Support administrative tasks and sales strategy
