Ramsey Solutions, a household name in personal finance, is seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager for their SmartDollar team. This role involves supporting top enterprise clients, ensuring their long-term success from onboarding through renewal. The manager will build strategic relationships with business leaders, guide organizations toward financial wellness outcomes, and collaborate internally to drive retention and growth. This position requires managing a substantial book of business and up to 50% travel.

Must Have

Salary: $95,000-$110,000/year* (includes base and commission)

*Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission.

Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

You’ll support SmartDollar’s top enterprise clients—those investing $50K+ annually—by ensuring their long-term success from onboarding through renewal. In this role, you’ll build deep, strategic relationships with business leaders, guide organizations toward meaningful employee financial wellness outcomes, and collaborate across departments to drive retention and multi-year growth. You’ll maintain monthly client communication, meet each partner onsite annually, manage a substantial book of business, and represent SmartDollar with professionalism and mission-driven conviction, including up to 50% travel.

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You have 5+ years of relationship management or customer success experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, financial wellness, or employee benefits.
  • You’re confident and polished in conversations with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders, with bilingual (Spanish speaking) capability preferred .
  • You build trust through intentional long-term relationships—not transactional interactions.
  • You’re mission-driven and able to hold firm to values while engaging in corporate environments.
  • You collaborate naturally across teams and enjoy solving complex client problems with unity and clarity.
