Job Summary

The Outbound Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients for Ramsey programs, and sharpen selling skills. The role requires a competitive spirit, strong communication, confidence, and a passion for Ramsey principles. Key responsibilities include making 50+ cold calls daily, scheduling qualified sales calls, selling program value, maintaining detailed account notes, and overcoming objections.

Must Have

  • 1-2 years of professional work experience, ideally in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Competitive spirit

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients for programs such as RamseyTrusted, Ramsey Education, Ramsey Plus and SmartDollar. This is an excellent position for someone passionate about our mission and wanting to sharpen their selling skills.
