Producer

As a Video Producer for SmartDollar, you will manage the entire video production process from concept to final delivery. This includes shaping creative vision, developing concepts, writing scripts, building treatments and pitch decks, leading production crews, managing timelines, directing on set, overseeing post-production, managing stakeholder expectations, and tracking asset performance. Projects range from webinars and social media content to client testimonials and marketing materials.

Must Have

• Drive the full production process from concept to final delivery on all video work

What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Video Producer for SmartDollar, you’ll drive the full production process, from concept to final delivery on all video work. Projects could include webinars, organic and paid social media assets, client and user testimonials, marketing content, and product content.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2-3 years of experience producing video (agency experience preferred)
• You’re skilled at storytelling and building narratives that drive impact
• You’re organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• You’re confident managing production workflows
• You communicate clearly and build strong, collaborative relationships
• You have the ability to travel 3-4 times a year
• You’re passionate about the mission of Ramsey Solutions
