Job Description

As a Business Process Manager Finance & Controlling, you will analyze, design, and optimize global finance and controlling processes in close collaboration with specialist departments, IT, and management worldwide. Responsibilities include the analysis, optimization, and harmonization of global finance, controlling, and reporting processes. You will identify trends and innovations in finance and controlling, proactively design processes, and define content for digitalization projects. The role also involves developing concepts for process automation and efficiency improvement, facilitating workshops, supporting change processes, and preparing documentation. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of global policies and standards. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Must have:
  • Degree in business/economics with focus on controlling, accounting, or reporting
  • Relevant professional experience in international finance/controlling
  • Excellent German and English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

As a Business Process Manager Finance & Controlling (f/m/d), you analyze, design, and optimize global finance and controlling processes in close collaboration with the specialist department, IT and management worldwide.

Job Description

  • Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of global finance, controlling, and reporting processes
  • Early identification of trends and innovations in the area of finance and controlling, along with proactive process design
  • Content definition and support of digitalization projects in collaboration with the relevant departments
  • Development of concepts for process automation and efficiency improvement
  • Facilitation of workshops, support of change processes, and preparation of documentation and decision-making materials
  • Support in the development of global policies and standards

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business or economics with a focus on controlling, accounting, or reporting
  • Relevant professional experience in an international finance and controlling environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English 
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and a strong team spirit

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
