Job Description

This internship is for university students, from January 5th to April 24th, 2026, within CAE's Health, Safety and Environment team in Montreal. The intern will collaborate with the training coordinator to develop new training plans and procedures, analyze departmental training needs, create general manufacturing training procedures, evaluate existing processes, and write training reports to enhance employee skills and ensure H&S compliance.

Must Have:
  • Develop a training project focused on H&S compliance
  • Analyse training needs in each department of the plant
  • Develop general manufacturing training procedures
  • Evaluate existing processes and improvement
  • Write training reports and statistics
  • Execute any other task related to training
  • Good knowledge of training processes
  • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Ease of collaboration with different stakeholders
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Focused on effective communications and information sharing
  • Open-mindedness and friendliness
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or masters degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or any other related field
  • 2 years/ 2 internships completed

Preferred Education

  • Pursuing a undergraduate or masters degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or any other related field with 2 years/ 2 internships completed

Location of the internship is Montreal.

Internship will be carried out in person.

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 12 weeks.
