Paytm Ads is Paytm's digital advertising vertical, offering innovative ad solutions to clients and engaging with over 350 million users. This role seeks a highly experienced and data-driven professional to lead the Ads Campaign Management team. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end digital advertising campaign execution, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous performance optimization. The candidate will manage a team of campaign associates, monitor delivery against KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign execution with business objectives.
Must have:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Management Associates.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and implement training.
  • Allocate workloads effectively and ensure adherence to campaign management best practices.
  • Oversee setup, implementation, and management of digital ad campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on-time, optimized to meet KPIs (ROI, CTR, CPA).
  • Establish and enforce quality control processes for campaign execution and reporting.
  • Track and analyze overall team performance and campaign delivery metrics.
  • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and campaign outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth post-campaign analysis to derive insights and enhance future performance.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and client to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex campaign issues, troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to strategy planning sessions by providing insights and recommendations.
  • Consolidate and present comprehensive performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign ROI and operational workflows.

We are seeking a highly experienced and data-driven professional to lead our Ads Campaign Management team. This role involves overseeing end-to-end digital advertising campaign execution, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous performance optimization.
