Job Description

The CEO Assistant will optimize the CEO's productivity and ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities. This role involves administrative support, project management, stakeholder follow-up, and data-driven research and analysis. Key responsibilities include tracking cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines, monitoring initiatives, collecting and analyzing data for decision-making, researching markets and trends, managing the CEO's calendar, preparing presentations, and acting as a problem solver to unblock issues.
Must have:
  • Track and follow up on multiple cross-functional projects with stakeholders.
  • Ensure deadlines are met by sending reminders and progress updates.
  • Support CEO in monitoring key initiatives across departments.
  • Collect and analyze data to support CEO’s decision-making.
  • Research markets, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Provide concise reports and insights for CEO review.
  • Manage CEO’s calendar: arrange meetings, appointments, and business trips.
  • Take meeting notes, summarize key actions, and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and support CEO presentations and internal/external sharing.
  • Assist CEO with ad-hoc tasks to improve his productivity and time ROI.
  • Act as a “problem solver” to unblock issues when needed.
  • 7+ years of experience in Finance/Strategy (FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Investment, or Consulting).
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, financial modeling, and business partnering at company level.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, business case building, and investment/M&A evaluation.
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency in BI tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, or managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Good to have:
  • Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Experience with VBA.
  • Prior experience in consulting, startups, or technology companies.

YOUR MISSION

  • We are looking for a CEO Assistant to help the CEO optimize his productivity and ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities. This role is not only about administrative support but also about being the CEO’s right-hand partner in managing projects, following up with stakeholders, and conducting data-driven research and analysis.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Project Management:
  • Track and follow up on multiple cross-functional projects with stakeholders.
  • Ensure deadlines are met by sending reminders and progress updates.
  • Support CEO in monitoring key initiatives across departments.
  • Data & Research:
  • Collect and analyze data to support CEO’s decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in Finance/Strategy (FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Investment, or Consulting).
